Giving Tuesday

For 24 hours on Tuesday, December 1, 2020, the ACEC Research Institute will celebrate Giving Tuesday, a global giving movement that has been built by individuals, families, organizations, businesses, and communities in all 50 states and in countries around the world. The ACEC Research Institute is proud to participate in this movement and seeks to engage the entire ACEC community in this opportunity.

The engineering industry strives to solve some of the world’s most complex and pressing challenges. The work ACEC’s member firms do for their clients connect communities, open doors for economic development and improve quality of life.

The pandemic has placed an even greater focus on the importance of engineering’s contributions to the built environment with the industry uniquely positioned at the forefront of designing and retrofitting buildings, solving transportation needs, and focusing on health and safety concerns that will shape the physical environment of the post-pandemic economy. Engineers are at the center of the conversation, solving for the new normal.
